Communications: When you sign up for an account, you may opt-in in to receive emails from other WomenWork users, businesses, and WomenWork You can manage your email preferences, but you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative or legal notices from WomenWork. If you exchange messages with others through the Site, we may store them in order to process and deliver them, allow you to manage them, and investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Site.

Site Activity: We may store information about your use of the Site, such as your search activity, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the businesses you call using our mobile applications.   8. Controlling your Personal Data: Other users may be able to identify you, or associate you with your account if you include personal information in the content you post publicly. You can reduce the risk of being personally identified by using the Site pseudonymously, though doing so could detract from the credibility of your contributions to the Site. Users can also use the Member Search feature to find one another based on their names or email addresses.
    Please also note that the messages you send or receive using the Site are only private to the extent that both you and the sender/recipient keep them private. For example, we do not have any control over whether a recipient of one of your messages publicly posts it or its contents. Similarly, WomenWork may also access such messages in the course of investigations relating to Site use.

Accuracy: You are obligated to provide your own real information at the time of registration and to ensure the validity, security and up-to-date content such as email address, contact address, etc., so that we can provide you with technology and timely and effective contact with you. You should bear all the adverse consequences, such as any loss or additional cost, that you may suffer in the process of using this technology due to the inability to contact you through these means.
  2. Verification: You agree that WomenWork can verify the user’s personal information submitted by you, either by itself or through a cooperative third-party organization, if necessary, and check, use and retain the verification results according to this terms and related documents.
  3. Tracking: Automatically track certain information about you in accordance with your acts on our platforms. WomenWork uses this information to conduct internal research on demographics, interests and behaviors of users associated with this application in order to better understand you and provide better technology to you and other users.
  4. Non-publication: We guarantee that information about individual users will not be made public or provided to third parties, as well as non-public content stored in WomenWork when users use network services, except where legally mandatory.
  5. Use: WomenWork has the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of it without revealing the privacy information of individual users. The data analysis only has a specific code that cannot be directly associated with the user, and cannot and will not be associated with your true identity.
